I have no idea who or where or what, but I know how. Technically, every man has this ability. If a man takes care of his upper range when he transitions from cantus (unchanged male voice) to tenor or bass, he should be able to keep the upper range. Jonathan Bean did it, not well... But this guy obviously know what he's doing!
