All these are SO true!

1. One word: Phase

2. Two words: Big Springs

3. Remember when there weren't roundabouts

4. Remember when there was no Provo Towne Centre, and then realized that University was better all along.

5. Remember when Riverwoods was just a field, not an upscale shopping center.

6. Remember when there was a Gap in Riverwoods.

7. Sung the words, "Hope of America!"

8. Were awed by "We Can Be a Light," and never wanted to wear a belt over your t-shirt.

9. You thought it was weird when you met someone who wasn't Mormon.

10. You know where every scene of the Mormon "Pride and Prejudice" was filmed.

11. Know that there is no BYU parade down Main Street.

12. Know that there is no Main Street.

13. Know the difference between University Parkway and University Avenue.

14. Up until you were 12 you didn't realize that businesses were open on Sunday.

15. Every flag was at half-mast whenever any LDS Church figure died.

16. You know what "school-release time" is really all about.

17. Your high school was filled with famous LDS offspring.

18. 95% of your classmates had pioneer ancestors.

19. It was no big deal to hear a teacher talk about their Sunday School class.

20. You've camped out for the 4th of July parade.

22. Classic Skating field trips were a highlight of each year in Elementary School.

23. You wore white to Classic Skating (gotta love those blacklights).

26. It was big news when Merrill J. Bateman was released from being BYU President.

28. "Heck," "Shoot," and "Dang" are common words in your vocabulary.

29. You were really offended when they repainted the temple from gorgeous gold to wacky white.

30. You know how to get to 9th East.

31. You know the difference between Provo, Springville and Orem.

32. You remember life before the creamery on 9th.

33. You remember when BYU had a moat going around campus and were really quite bothered when they filled it up, but not as much as the ducks who were made homeless by the thoughtlessness of BYU groundskeeping.

34. You enjoyed seeing the ducks in the Timpview parking lot when walking back from "release time."

35. You whole life is one big EFY.

36. You thought it was rude when they tore down the senior MTC to make a parking lot.

37. You realize that Malt Shoppe is really good.

38. You've always wondered why there is an extra "p" and "e" at the end of #37.

39. You remember when Bamboo Hut was actually in a hut.

40. It wasn't Burger King, it was Hardee's.

41. It's not Macy's, nor Meier and Frank, but ZCMI.

42. The words "Igloo Reams" and "Turtle Reams" invoke fond childhood memories.

44. You remember when all the Seven Peaks slides were white.

48. For a three month period, when they were tearing the hospital down, whenever you would drive by the hospital, your mom would cry and say, "that's where you were born."

49. You walked in the Children's Parade.

50. 4th grade history: basically LDS church history, with field trips to the Lion House, Legacy and Temple Square.

51. You were really sad when they tore down Hotel Roberts.

52. The New Library was a big, big deal.

53. Quilted Bear was a really cool place.

55. You know what "Cougar Stadium" was and remember when it was changed to "Lavell Edwards Stadium."

63. You have hiked to the "Y" more times than you can count.

64. You go to Wal Mart at 11:00pm on Saturday night and see everyone and their dog buying groceries.

65. You have spent many a night cruisin' the 8.

66. When D.I. is the first place you hit up around Halloween time.

67. You've gotten a speeding ticket on Timpview Drive or Canyon Rd.

68. You get mad if a movie costs more than a dollar.

69. You go to Power Pump every Wednesday.

70. You watch The Phone Call in seminary and laughed because you just ate lunch at Ripples 15 minutes ago...

71.When Homecoming gets changed because of General Conference. ;)

72. When you can't wait for BYU to get out because then the traffic is back to normal

73. Really dislike women's conference and education week because everybody is a clueless driver and going anyplace takes longer than it should

74. You know you're from Provo when you remember the rope swings on the Provo River trail until they cut them down.

75. You know you're from Provo when someone uses the term "Zoobie" and everyone knows what you are refering to.
